Shawn Barett is a proud resident of Chicago, IL and graduate of Northern Kentucky University, where he earned his BFA Degree in Theatre Arts (Acting Emphasis). Now known for dramatic and even dark movie roles Shawn starred in numerous films and theater productions. Shawn’s break in the film industry is when he agreed to play a cameo role in “Mark”, although his first starring role was in the film “Leysa Leysa.” However, Shawn’s acting career was propelled by his good performance in “Mounam Pesiyadhe”, where he won a critical acclaim.
